Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Rules)
- You must be from a non-EU / non-EEA country (Pakistan, India, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Egypt, Brazil, etc.)
- Age limit: under 35 for bachelor & master, under 45 for PhD (at application time)
- Good grades — usually 70%+ or equivalent
- Not already a Romanian citizen or previous scholarship holder in Romania
- No previous expulsion from a Romanian university

- Create account & fill online form
- Choose study level + up to 3 universities/programs
- Upload all documents
- Submit before deadline
- Wait for results (usually mid-July)
